Rental Daybook

The Rental Daybook gives teams complete visibility across the rental lifecycle, from upcoming rentals with delivery and inspection status, through to active contracts. Rental Quotes

The Rental Quotes module makes it easy to build accurate quotes by selecting equipment classes, applying rates, and confirming transport charges. Quotes can be sent to customers for online approval and, once accepted, are instantly converted into active rental contracts. This streamlines the quoting process, reduces administration, and accelerates the path from quote to contract.

Rental Contracts

The Rental Contracts module manages the entire lifecycle of a rental, from agreed rates through to invoicing. It tracks transport movements, inspections, off hires, returns & stand downs in one place, giving full visibility into equipment status and contract progress. This ensures accurate billing, better operational control, and a complete record of every rental from start to finish.

Cycle Billing

The Cycle Billing module allows users to generate invoices for all active rental contracts, first as a preview and then as invoices. Once approved, invoices are instantly synced to the accounting system, reducing manual processing, improving accuracy, and ensuring rental revenue is billed on time.

Stand Down & Off Hire Notifications

The Stand Down & Off Hire Notifications feature allows teams to record stand downs and off hires while notifying the customer and, where applicable, the supplier for sub-hired equipment. This ensures all parties are informed in real time, rental status is accurately updated, and billing is correctly adjusted.

Pre & Post Rental Inspections

The Pre & Post Rental Inspections feature ensures equipment is checked and documented before going on hire and upon return.
