Cycle Billing

Customer Invoices
Customer Invoices are directly linked to source records such as rental contracts, work orders, and sales orders, providing full traceability of billed activity. Invoices sync to the accounting system with clear integration status, while credit notes and payments can be processed in one place. This ensures accurate billing, faster reconciliation, and complete visibility across operations and finance.
Credit Card Payments
Credit Card Payments integrate with the eWay payment gateway, allowing credit cards to be securely stored against customer records for future use. Users can take credit card payments directly against invoices, making it ideal for cash customers and immediate payment scenarios. This simplifies payment collection, improves cash flow, and reduces manual follow-up.
Bulk Emailing Invoices
Bulk Emailing Invoices allows teams to email all unsent invoices in one action and send follow-up reminders for unpaid invoices. This streamlines customer communication, reduces manual effort, and helps accelerate payments by ensuring invoices and reminders are sent promptly and consistently.
Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders can be raised and linked directly to rental contracts or work orders, ensuring supplier costs are accurately captured against the correct job. This provides clear visibility of commitments, supports correct cost allocation, and simplifies reconciliation by tying purchases, receipts, and invoices back to the originating rental or service activity.
Suppliers Invoices
Supplier Invoices are linked directly to purchase orders, allowing costs to be reviewed and validated against what was ordered. Invoices can be flagged as disputed if they do not match, ensuring issues are resolved before approval. Once approved, supplier invoices are synced to the accounting system, providing accurate cost tracking and streamlined accounts payable processing.
Syncing to Xero & MYOB
Latner integrates directly with Xero and MYOB via real-time APIs, syncing customer invoices, credit notes, supplier invoices, and payments instantly. Revenue and expense account codes can be configured to ensure transactions post to the correct accounts in the accounting system. Payments reconciled in Xero or MYOB are automatically pulled back into Latner, keeping financial data aligned, accurate, and up to date across both platforms.
